- Programming consists primarily of groups that utilize evidence-based practices such as:
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Illness Management and Recovery
- Seeking Safety
- Individual sessions with therapists and psychiatry weekly.
- Expressive Arts modalities such as art, music and movement.
- Personalized treatment goals.
- Psychiatric medication management.
- Comprehensive case management and aftercare support.
- Lunch, snack and refreshments.
- Transportation available (for Lancaster County residents only).
This program is designed to benefit individuals 18 years of age and older with acute mental health issues who need a higher level of care than is available in intensive outpatient treatment, but whose symptoms do not warrant inpatient treatment.
Partial hospitalization programs can serve as a bridge between inpatient and outpatient care, helping individuals transition back to their daily lives with the skills and support needed for long-term recovery.
Individuals will have access to best practice group therapeutic approaches that are collaborative, empowering, recovery-oriented and strength-based. Programming for individuals is Monday through Friday daily from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you or a loved one is struggling with a mental health condition, consider partial hospitalization as a treatment option. It can provide the support and tools needed to promote healing and recovery.
