Admissions to Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital offers confidential level-of-care assessments to help determine the right care for you or your loved ones. Call our admissions department at 717-740-4160 to schedule an assessment today. Walk-ins welcome. Upon arrival, individuals are asked to provide a form of photo ID, insurance information and complete some paperwork.

Once the initial forms are complete, blood pressure and other vitals are taken before the assessment is given by a master’s level clinician in a consultation room.

If an assessed individual is determined to be in need of inpatient care, they will then meet with a physician.
